We recently used these guys to help launch our first Kickstarter for our Mag of Holding for 5e campaign, and they were fantastic. Great open lines of communications and transparency. They definitely contributed a nice bump to campaign traffic. We are going to use them again on Aizendore's Vault of Tragic Treasure. Would highly recommend!

When I launched Center Cam: a middle-screen webcam on Kickstarter, I had done a LOT of work to organize my network. But the big question was how to get OUTSIDE of my network. I paid for Facebook and Instagram ads immediately, day 1. I spent about $160 total on ads, but I don't know if the Backers report on Kickstarter differentiates between my personal network clicking from Facebook or the paid ads come from my Facebook business page. Long story short- $160- for non-targeted ads into the internet void. Who knows if they needed my product. Who knows if they cared about tech. I had roughly 5 conversions from those $160. I also got hit up by a LOT of Kickstarter optimization specialists/firms. Many of whom had emails without proper grammar, saying they could help me with my email campaigns. Eyebrows were raised. I didn't understand the value proposition. Backers Info’s pitch was straight forward. $35, we’ll get you in front of people who have backed multiple projects in my particular space. I heard angels. I went for the $150 package, which handled multiple emails, and put my Kickstarter in front of 1000 targeted, previously vetted Super Backers. I can't understate the value here. I'm in the front of my campaign, and based on initial number returns, Backers Info has led to me almost getting funded the first week. Only 1/4 of my backers are from my personal network, and I shut down Facebook/Instagram 2 days ago. The other 3/4 is coming from organic Kickstarter and Backers Info campaigns. I just had backer number 58 commit. I'm sure at least 20-30 were Backers Info related. And I have two more weeks of the campaign to go! Tremendous value. If you're thinking of doing it on your own, you need to understand you're working for $1 an hour compared to the supercharge Backers Info will be to your campaign. Great Deal, Respond Fast, and Great Performance 5 months ago

Last time we did the first time with Backersinfo, and we did not know it may work or not. At the end we just gave it a try for our Kickstarter project: Goodkey 2.0 EDC Tool. After that, they did follow up with my project, responded time fast. They helped us design email templates and sent them to the backers, such as all social medias Twitter, Instagram, Facebook. Unbelievable service and performance, very appreciated their work and help. Of course at the end, they helped us reach the goal. Highly recommend Backersinfo and would definitely work with them again for our new Kickstarter project: "Rose N Gold". Thank you very much.

I've been working with Backersinfo for just over a week now. They worked with me on my Kickstarter campaign, "Icemouse2: A Bamboo Mouse that Brings You Good Mood”. Within 48-72 hours, they designed email template, media template, and social media images. Their email campaign service was vital in helping our project reach its goal and get more pledges. We highly recommend Backers Info and would definitely work with them again.

We just signed up to use BackersInfo for the second time-they were the first collaborators we reached out to for HERO Mammoth 2.0. Amy and Tim have both been super responsive and helpful to us as a small business. Our initial project (HERO Mammoth) was our first Kickstarter, and we definitely needed some help in learning the ropes. Instead of making us feel like a hassle, we were treated with respect, timely responses and invaluable help in learning how crowdfunding campaigns can be successful. Their design team helped us with ads and promotion tips (vital for us!) Quite a few of our backers came from the BackersInfo ads. Too Good to be True? Nope. It's True 6 months ago

I have spent thousands of dollars on promotions in my lifetime. I truly believe that you have to spend money to make money and in my case you have to spend money to raise money. But Covid ate my life so I don't have much to spend currently. So I ordered the cheapest promotion package that Backersinfo offers for my Indiegogo fund-raising campaign.. Holy Molly. The beautiful marketing materials just kept showing up as well as Backers' lists and detailed accountings of what Backersinfo is doing for me. I immediately thought I had misunderstood my contract because I couldn't possibly be getting this much service for what I spent. I wrote and asked for fear they expected my first born and more. Nope. They are dedicated to helping underfunded entrepreneurs get a leg up. Even if I never raise a dime the materials they created for me will serve me to infinity. I can't say enough about this company. I bow in gratitude.

Backers Info was the best for my project. We’re a very small company and paying for help was very tough. I came across many agencies who charge $500-$2500 for the same level of services. We went ahead with the $49.99 plan and we saw results. The design is good and catchy. I received over 55 clicks from email campaigns, over a 3 week period. Would highly recommend. We will certainly work with them on our next campaign.

So many scams out there. So many of these are related now to supposedly "helping" fundraising campaigns. I fortunately only tried "2" before finding backersinfo.com and I am so incredibly happy with my results. The #1 thing to remember, is that they go "above and beyond" to help your campaign raise money. I'm a customer for life.

I worked with Backersinfo on my recent Kickstarter campaign. I worked also with a number of other similar agencies, and Backersinfo was by far the most transparent, friendly, responsive and professional. Most just sort of run through pre-set services with little to no direct correspondence or explanation. Backersinfo responded promptly to every email, and also kept me abreast of each step along the path. They showed me press releases and messages they prepared and planned to send out, for my approval and to allow me to touch them up or make suggestions. The staff member assigned to me, Amy, was very kind and helpful. Most impressively, they explained each step in the process and provided detailed results of each promotional action they undertook. Most agencies promise they'll send out an ad to X number of thousands of potential backers or super backers. Backersinfo gave specific numbers and also the number of emails that were opened and links clicked. No guessing needed, no blind hope,
